JC Paralegal Services, founded and led by Jolanta Chrzaszcz—also known as “Jolanta”—is a licensed paralegal (P1) serving clients across Mississauga, the GTA, and all of Ontario. Jolanta brings a unique combination of qualifications and lived experience, holding a Bachelor’s degree, Business Diploma, Law Clerk Diploma, Immigration Consultant Diploma, and a Paralegal Diploma. Her journey into paralegal practice began when she successfully self-litigated in Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice between 2011 and 2015. That experience inspired her to launch JC Paralegal Services to help others navigate the legal system confidently. Jolanta spent over seven years working closely with lawyers in high-performing law firms, gaining deep insights into litigation strategy, case management, and tribunal procedures before starting her own practice.
